Where We Ship We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Order Processing & Production Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times depend on your location and are calculated after the order has been processed:

  • Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • United States: 10–15 business days

Please note: During high-volume periods or holidays, production and delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your products and your delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • European Union: No customs duties apply.

  • UK & USA: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. OSÉRA is not responsible for these additional charges.
